1. Who we are

The service is provided by Elevate Hubert Krzan, Gorliczyna 281, 37-200 Przeworsk, Poland, Tax ID (NIP) 7941846218. You can reach us at support@adorantis.com. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

Adorantis gives you access to an audio recording of the complete Catholic Bible — 73 books and 1328 chapters. It is a subscription you pay for by the year or by the month. You subscribe on this website or in the iOS app, and you listen in the iOS app, including offline.

3. Your account

You need an account to subscribe and listen. Keep your sign-in details to yourself: the account is personal, and your subscription is tied to it. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Subscription, trial, and billing

You choose the billing period when you subscribe: $59.99 per year or $9.99 per month. The price you will be charged — and the length of a free trial, if one is offered on the period you choose — is shown at checkout before you confirm payment.

Unless you cancel, the subscription renews automatically at the end of every billing period — annual plans renew every year, monthly plans renew every month — at the price shown at checkout (or the current price we notify you about in advance), charged to your payment method on the renewal date.

If your purchase starts with a free trial, your first charge happens when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then. We email you a reminder before the trial ends and before each renewal.

Payments on this website are processed by Stripe. Purchases made inside the iOS app are processed and billed by Apple under Apple’s own terms.

5. How to cancel

You can cancel anytime from your account page, which takes you to the subscription portal — no calls, no forms. Cancelling stops the next charge; your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for (or until the end of the trial, if you cancel during it).

Subscriptions purchased through Apple are cancelled in your Apple account’s subscription settings.

6. Gifts

A gift purchase is a one-time payment for a code worth one year of access. The year starts when the recipient redeems the code, not when you buy it. Gift purchases do not renew.

7. Donations

The iOS app may offer optional one-time donations, processed by Apple. Donations support the service, are not refundable through us, and do not unlock any features or access.

8. Permitted use

Your subscription is for personal, non-commercial listening. You may not copy, extract, redistribute, publicly perform, or resell the recordings or any part of the service. All rights to the recordings and the service remain with us and our licensors.

9. Changes and availability

We keep improving the service and may change or add features. We may update these terms; if a change materially affects your rights, we will notify you by email before it takes effect, and you may cancel before the change applies to you.

10. Liability and your statutory rights

We are liable for damage caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes rights that consumer protection law of your place of residence grants you and that cannot be waived by contract.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections of the place where you live. Questions? Write to support@adorantis.com — we answer every message.
